Overview
During development of its ground-breaking on-board European Train Control System (ETCS), The Signalling Company (TSC), a Skoda Group affiliate, selected SCLE as its co-design, development and manufacturing partner for two of their innovative ETCS platform’s most important devices.
- The SensorBox
- The EuroAntenna
The SensorBox, an integrated odometry and signalling gateway plays a vital role in TSCs on-board ETCS along with its companion EuroAntenna.
Highly robust, space, and power efficient, the SensorBox and EuroAntenna illustrates SCLE’s ability to co-design, develop and manufacture complex, safety critical, devices using multiple technologies including Signalling, Networking, and Odometry.
