SCLE organizes New Recruit Day 2022
Tuesday December 14 was New Recruit Day 2022 at SCLE.
Each year, SCLE organizes a day of fun packed day of discovery and sharing for all new recruits who joined the company during the year.
The 2022 edition was attended by 42 new recruits from across all departments and both our agencies, and took place at the Domaine de Preissac in Castelmaurou near Toulouse.
On the agenda:
• A good breakfast to start the day off
• Meetings between our new employees and the entire SCLE management team around role plays for getting to know each other
• And – in true French fashion – a good evening meal to round off the event!
SCLE has always prided itself on being a people-centered company. Organizing these days each year allows our new recruits to create bonds and to network and makes their integration into the company much smoother.
