RTE Garonne Valley

Digitization of substations with SmartElectre

Brief description

The RTE (Power Transmission Network) Garonne Valley project is a comprehensive, multi-year program to refurbish 120 km of power lines in the Garonne Valley. It involves the rehabilitation of overhead lines (cables and pylons), the creation of underground links and the digitization of the substations.

As part of this project, SCLE is digitizing the substations using Smart Electre technology, with SCLE’s ARKENS range of protection and digital control systems, certified Origine France Garantie.

To date, SCLE has already digitized 9 substations on the Garonne Valley project.
