SCLE develops a tipper to facilitate the modernization of the Paris-Lyon line
As part of a the modernization of the Paris – Lyon line, SNCF wished to develop a system which would allow campaign signals to switch automatically, and safely, between old and new stations. This system needed to save time on the various TGV line tests, be dismountable and easily reusable.
SCLE developed a SIL2 tipper system and, following a one year development program, this product has just passed the EMC tests in compliance with 50121-4 and climatic tests.
The prototypes are functionally and environmentally validated. They will be installed in a new signal box for experimentation and first approval tests.
