Good news, our Digital TCO optical control panel solution has moved into its industrialization phase and setting up shop in Nîmes for 3 months. Here's a look back at the installation!
In 2023, Digital TCO will enter its industrialization phase as part of the experimental contract SCLE has signed with SNCF Réseau.
In April 2023, SCLE’s Digital Innovation team deployed the Digital TCO solution on the Nîmes rear base, as part of their fast-track suite.
The system includes:
27 electronic position detectors fixed to shunting levers used to identify the position of the points
8 connected origin indicator luminous displays (TIP), positioned on the trackside, indicating the track taken /origin
2 TIP connected Watches for operators at work, displaying track taken / origin
1 Digital TCO web application, displaying the digitized track plan
We’re all set for 3 months of back-office operations for our route control solution.
After that, our equipment will hit the road for a new trial at the Longueau station, southeast of Amiens … To be continued!
Our Digital TCO solution is an innovative system developed and tested by the Rail Open Lab in association with SNCF Réseau and our partner Vossloh Cogifer.
