SCLE has a Technical Assistance team based in Toulouse, dedicated to Substation Control and Command applications, and which offers a telephone assistance service open in standard mode 5 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and able to respond within a shorter time. at 4 working hours.

The technical assistance team can help you during your interventions. The repairing of the equipment is done internally by technicians equipped with test benches and measure means. A dedicated software monitors the equipment sent back to the after-sales service.
