The VS IV, Selective Digital Voltmeter, is a portable, autonomous, selective-frequency digital multimeter.
It measures and displays data on a backlit LCD screen, including:
- Voltage or current value for UM71 type track circuits and their modulation frequencies
- Voltage or current value for CV SJB type track circuits
- Voltage or current value for 8700 Hz superimposed on ITE pulses
- ITE pulse period
