SCLE has a Technical Assistance team in Toulouse, dedicated to Substation Control and Command applications, which offers telephone assistance from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CET, Monday to Friday and who are able to respond in 4 working hours.
We also provide internal equipment repair services. Your equipment is repaired internally by our technicians who are fully equipped with test and measurement devices. A dedicated software is used to monitor the equipment sent back to after-sales service.
