It measures and displays data on a backlit LCD screen, including:

• Voltage or current value for UM71 type track circuits and their modulation frequencies
• Voltage or current value for CV SJB type track circuits
• Voltage or current value for 8700 Hz superimposed on ITE pulses
• ITE pulse period
